Essential properties, such as colour, taste, and texture, and all of the important nutrients are preserved through this transformation. The process is performed by a machine called a freeze-dryer that mimics the atmospheric pressure of the highest peaks in the world!
STOVE PREPARATION (OPTIMAL)
In a pot, combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 min. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5-7 min.
EXPRESS PREPARATION (1 PORTION ONLY)
Ajouter l’eau bouillante, bien mélanger et fermer hermétiquement le sachet. Laisser reposer 10 min. en brassant une ou deux fois.
